Children's physical and mental strength

Check out this sound advice from @realjoedesena on a strength and sports development program whilst raising your children.⁠


It's important to work on the safe, progressive development of children's physical and mental strength, ensuring that you are connecting mind and body, in regards to their coordination, movement patterns, proprioception, strength and skill, as they age. This is likely to give them a fighting chance to not only be a world class athlete one day, but at the very least own their minds and bodies well into their adult life, and beyond.⁠

Always be sure to enrol your children into professionally-coached programs, both in the gym and on the field, that are safe and progressive and relevant to their age group.
