October 1st marks Breast Cancer Awareness month, which gives us an opportunity to learn a little more about ourselves, and the people we love.
Who would know without such awareness campaigns the true seriousness of Breast Cancer, the frequency, and the size of impact across the globe in both females and males.
Despite these scary statistics, and with thanks to awareness campaigns across the region and further afield, and our improved method of treatments, and as knowledge on preventative interventions grow; survival rate is expected to grow significantly by 2030.
But that is with our on-going care, support, attention, knowledge-sharing and commitment to the cause.
